Tmall International introducing a 50% to 100% annual fee waiver.
In 2023, Tmall International has launched a new business incubation program, allocating billions of funds to support 1,000 global new brands within three years.
For new merchants joining Tmall International after April 1, 2023, and meeting the required business performance in the first year, Tmall International will refund 50% to 100% of the annual fee. In addition, they will provide a set of exclusive services for new store openings, including reimbursement of advertising fees through Ali Mama, collaboration opportunities for influencer live streaming, and shop live streaming coupons.
The focus of support is on new businesses in nine key import categories including beauty, health care, electronics, baby products, personal care, home, fashion, food, and pets.
Furthermore, starting from August 18th, Tmall International has initiated a global recruitment campaign, hosting a total of 56 different types of business recruitment events in 16 countries and regions, starting from Japan as the first stop and covering countries such as South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, the United States, the Netherlands, and France. They aim to introduce 10,000 new brands in the next year.
In addition to the platform’s resources, Tmall International is collaborating with overseas influencer live streaming agencies to establish overseas live streaming rooms in popular business landmarks. They are recruiting Chinese buyers, tour guides, and students living abroad to innovate live streaming methods using short videos and live streaming lenses, helping new imported brands land in the domestic market faster.
